Tenders are invited for Employee Bus Transport Services We invite sealed bids from eligible bidders to supply transport services for our employees. All service providers should adhere to Ansell COP requirements. All buses should have a helper full-time. Fleet age capped at 10 years-Y.O.M. 2016 or after (Y.O.M. 2017 to continue until 2027). All seats equipped with seat belts. No modifications (additional lightings or railings). GPS, CCTV, and dash cameras installed in all buses (access should be given to HR & Security Departments). No unnecessary stickering. All documentation copies shall be provided to HR - Drivers/vehicle records. Frequent DDT trainings. All vehicles should possess fitness certificate applicable for year 2026, and this must be renewed every 6 months. All vehicles should be registered as commercial vehicles in the insurance process. All vehicles should be fully insured, including total passengers. All drivers should provide full medical report (Illegal substance test - every 3 months and basic medical fitness - annually) as proof that they are fit to drive.
