Tenders are invited for Procurement of Supply, Installation and Maintenance of 2 Nos. of Driving License Card Personalization Printer Machines for Kurunegala and Jaffna District Offices A complete set of Bidding Documents in English language may be purchased by interested bidders upon submission of a written request to the Accountant (Procurement), Department of Motor Traffic, during working days from 23.02.2026 to 16.03.2026, between 9.00 a.m. and 3.00 p.m., upon payment of a non-refundable fee of Rs: 12,500. The method of payment shall be by Cash. Bids shall be valid up to 17.06.2026. All bids shall be accompanied by a Bid Security of Rs. 400,000.00, in the form of a Bank Guarantee issued by a licensed commercial bank operating in Sri Lanka, valid until 15.07.2026.
