The Subject Of The Order Is: Purchase And Delivery Of An Acoustic Cabin - 3 Pieces For The Needs Of The Faculty Of Medicine Of The University Of Opole. 2. The Description Of The Subject Of The Order Is Attached As Annex No. 1.1 To The Swz. 3. The Subject Of The Order Will Be Delivered To The Ordering Party At The Contractors Risk And As Part Of The Remuneration (Specified In The Offer) Due To The Contractor. 4. As Part Of The Proper Performance Of The Subject Of The Order, The Contractor Is Obliged To Deliver And Bring The Complete And Assembled (On-Site Assembly Is Allowed) Subject Of The Order (With Parameters Specified In The Description Of The Subject Of The Order) To The Room Indicated By The Ordering Party, Within The Time Specified In Point. 4. If Additional Materials, Assembly, Connection, Commissioning And Operation Control Of The Delivered Furniture Are Required For The Delivered Subject Of The Order, The Contractor Is Obliged To Provide Them As Part Of The Remuneration Specified In The Offer. 5. The Subject Of The Order Must Have All The Approvals And Certificates Required In The Description Of The Subject Of The Order. 6. In Cases Where The Description Of The Subject Of The Order Would Indicate Trademarks, Patents, Origin, Source Or Specific Process Characterizing Specific Products Or Services, This Means That The Ordering Party Cannot Describe The Subject Of The Order In A Sufficiently Precise And Understandable Way And This Is Justified By The Specific Nature Of The Subject Of The Order. In Such Situations, Any Use Of The Above Indications Should Be Read With The Words Or Equivalent. The Ordering Party Shall Indicate In The Description Of The Subject Of The Contract The Criteria Used To Assess Equivalence.
