The Subject Of The Order Consists Of: A) Construction Of A Bicycle Path Along The District Road No. 1159P Class Z On The Section From Rondo Reformacji To The Administrative Border Of The City Of Piła (Excluding Closed Areas Of The Pkp) With A Length Of Approximately 3,280.0 M, In Accordance With The Design Documentation. B) Completing And Submitting To The Ordering Party A Set Of Documents (Regardless Of The As-Built Documentation) Enabling Notification Of The Competent Supervisory Authority Construction About The Completion Of Construction Or Submitting An Application For An Occupancy Permit, Including Positive Positions Of The State Fire Service And Pis (Article 56 Of The Construction Law), And The Above Documents Should Be Checked And Approved By The Supervision Inspectors.3. The Detailed Scope Of Works And The Requirements Of The Ordering Party In Relation To The Subject Of The Order Are Specified In The Design Documentation, Technical Specifications For The Execution And Acceptance Of Construction Works, Bills Of Quantities, Formal Documents, Administrative Decisions Issued, Technical Conditions, Opinions And Arrangements And Other Documents Made Available, Constituting Annex No. 11 To The Swz. The List Of Applicable Documents Is Included In Annex No. 10 To The Swz - List Of Technical Documentation.4. The Attached Bill Of Quantities Should Be Treated Only As A Guide And Cannot Be The Only Basis For Preparing An Offer.
