When Submitting An Offer, Please Provide The Price, Product Name And Manufacturer For Each Product Item.2. The Offered Products Must Come From Current Production - The Production Date Cannot Be Older Than 12 Months From The Date Of Delivery.3. The Contractor Will Provide At Least A 12-Month Warranty (Use-By Date) For The Offered Products From The Date Of Delivery.4. The Place Of Delivery Is The Ordering Partys Warehouse Located In Krakow At Ul. Mogilska 109.5. The Conclusion Of A Framework Agreement Does Not Deprive The Ordering Party Of The Right To Order The Supplies In Question Through Separate Public Procurement Procedures If The Ordering Party Determines That There Is No Interest In Submitting Contractor Offers From Contractors Covered By The Framework Agreement Or In Other Justified Cases.6.
