The Ordering Party Described The Subject Of The Order Using: • Draft Provisions Of The Contract (Ppu) Constituting Annex No. 2 To The Swz • Material Scope With Annexes Constituting Annex No. 6 To The Swzb) The Minimum Warranty Period Is 24 Months, The Maximum Warranty Period Is 36 Months. Offers With A Warranty Period Of Less Than 24 Months Will Be Rejected.C) The Ordering Party Does Not Require The Contractor Or Subcontractor To Employ Persons Performing Activities Related To The Execution Of The Order On The Basis Of An Employment Relationship.D) Order Completion Date: 450 Days From The Date Of Conclusion Of The Contract, Including: Stage I: Obtaining And Submitting To The Ordering Party A Non-Final Pnb/Zrid Decision Together With Design Documentation In Accordance With The Material Scope - Within 360 Days From The Date Of Conclusion Of The Contract, Stage Ii: Obtaining And Submitting To The Ordering Party The Final Pnb/Zrid Decision Together With Design Documentation In Accordance With The Material Scope - Within 90 Days From The Date Of Acceptance Of Stage I.
