1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Service: Development Of Design Documentation For The Public Exit From The Provincial Road No. 957 To Plot No. 4195/4, Together With A Fragment Of The Internal Road Under Plot No. 4195/4 Used For Communication Services Of Primary School No. 1 In Jabłonka, Hereinafter Referred To As The Task, Together With Obtaining Appropriate Decisions, Arrangements And Permits, In Accordance With The Swz, As Well As For The Implementation Other Obligations Specified In The Swz And This Agreement, Applicable Regulations And Standards2. The Scope Of Activities Necessary For The Proper Performance Of The Subject Of The Agreement Referred To In Section 1 Includes In Particular: 1) Obtaining A Construction Permit For The Task As Above, 2) Preparation Of Stwior, Investor Cost Estimates For The Works, 3) Authors Supervision For The Task As Above, 4) Development Of Temporary And Permanent Traffic Organization Designs For The Public Road No. 957 To The Register. 4195/4.3. As Part Of The Implementation Of The Task, The Contractor Is Obliged, In Particular, To Obtain All Administrative Decisions, Conditions, Arrangements And Opinions Required By Law, Necessary To Carry Out Construction Works Based On The Design Documentation, On The Basis Of A Separate Power Of Attorney Granted By The Ordering Party To A Person Indicated By The Contractor. 4. The Contractor Will Perform The Subject Of The Contract In Accordance With The Construction Law, Principles Of Construction Knowledge, Applicable Standards And Other Applicable Regulations.
