Tenders Are Invited For Mowing Grass, Weeds And Volunteer Seedlings Along Roads Three Times Provincial.

1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Performance Of Works In Accordance With The Technical Specification, Consisting In Three-Time Mowing Of Grass, Weeds And Spontaneous Seedlings On Provincial Roads No. 408, 901, 907, 919 And 921 Located In The Gliwice Poviat A) On The Roadsides Of Provincial Roads With An Area Of 236,980 M2 (23.6980 Ha); B) In Within The Ditches Of Provincial Roads (Bottom Of The Ditch, Slope, Counterscarp, Green Belt Behind The Counterscarp To The Border With Properties Adjacent To The Road) With An Area Of 525,197 M2 (52.5197 Ha). 2. Total Mowing Area Once: 762,177 M2 (76.2177 Ha).3. Mowing Grass And Weeds In The Road Area Should Be Done Three Times During The Contract Period. Grasses And Weeds On The Road Crown Should Be Mowed First, In Particular On: Dividing Strips, Islands And Lawns, Roadsides, Under Barriers And In Places That Have A Significant Impact On The Visual Appearance Of The Road. Secondly, The Slopes And Counter-Slopes Of Ditches Should Be Mowed. The Height Of The Grass After Mowing Should Not Exceed 5 Cm. Cutting Out Grass And Weeds In Inaccessible And Partially Planted Places Is Done With String Mowers In Parallel With The Main Mowing. It Is Allowed To Mow Grass, Weeds And Annual Self-Seeding Plants With A Scythe In These Places. The Ordering Party Is Not Responsible For Any Damage To The Equipment Caused By Any Objects Or Objects Lying On The Roadside.4. The Work Will Be Carried Out On The Dates Indicated By The Ordering Party. The Contractor Must Have The Human And Equipment Potential To Complete The Order Within A Maximum Of 28 Calendar Days From The Date Of Handing Over The Land, For Each Of The Three Planned Mowings.5. The Detailed Method Of Carrying Out The Works Is Included In Annex No. 2 To The Template Of The Agreement (Detailed Technical Specification - Sst), According To Which The Order Includes Mowing Grass, Weeds And Volunteer Seedlings In The Road Area And Cutting Grass In Inaccessible Places. The Ordering Party Expects That The Result Will Be Achieved Using The Following Equipment: - A Tractor Or Device With Flail Mowers Structurally Adapted To Mowing Slopes, Ditches, Roadsides, With A Mower On A Boom - A Remotely Controlled Or Autonomous Work Robot Designed To Work In Difficult Terrain, In Particular On Slopes, Embankments And Slopes (Applies To Dw 408 Sośnicowice Bypass, In Case The Contractor Will Determine The Need To Use Hand Mowers (Combustion-Powered With A Cutting Disc And A String Blade) - For Mowing In Inaccessible Places, Such As: Under Barriers, Next To Fences, Signs, Bollards And Other Road Devices And Terrain Obstacles. Mechanical Mowing Equipment Should Be Marked In A Way That Ensures Road Safety (With Signs A-14 And C-9 And Equipped With An Orange Composite Flash Lamp), In Accordance With Applicable Regulations.6. All Works Should Be Carried Out From The Road Side, Without The Equipment Entering Private Areas, In Particular Arable Fields. The List Of Roads And Mowing Areas Covered
