Tenders Are Invited For Remote Access Service To The Catalog Of Electronic Publications In The Form Of E-Books And Audiobooks For Readers Of The Municipal Public Library. H. Łopaciński In Lublin....
1. Remote Access Service To The Catalog Of Electronic Publications In The Form Of E-Books And Audiobooks By Accessing These Catalogs Using The Provided Codes. The Contractor Will Provide Access Codes In A Total Number Of 13,900 Pcs. 2. The Delivery Of Codes Will Be Carried Out In The Following Months In The Quantities Specified By The Ordering Party, Until The Number Of Available Codes Is Exhausted, But No Longer Than Until December 15, 2026. 3. The Contractor Should Have At Least 20,000 In His Offer. Titles Of Fiction And Non-Fiction In E-Book Form And At Least 10,000 Titles Of Fiction And Non-Fiction In The Form Of Audiobooks (These Titles Do Not Include Synchrobooks, Podcasts Or Publications Played Using A Speech Synthesis Mechanism). 4. All Offered Titles Must Be Available In Polish And May Have Versions In Foreign Languages. 5. Reading Shared Publications May Not Require The Reader To Have A Permanent Internet Connection.6. Remote Access To Electronic Publications In The Form Of E-Books And Audiobooks Should Be Provided By Appropriate, Free Applications For Mobile Devices Running Android And Ios, And The Possibility Of Synchronization For The Kindle Reader Must Be Provided, Enabling Reading Of Shared E-Books On Kindle Readers.7. Access To The Offered Electronic Publications Should Be Possible On Mobile Devices, In Particular Inkbook, Pocketbook And Amazon Kindle Readers.8. The Ordering Partys Reader Will Have Access To All Offered Electronic Publications After Activating The Access Code Issued By The Ordering Party From The Pool Of Codes Provided To The Ordering Party By The Contractor, On At Least Two Devices, Including 1 E-Book Reader And One Mobile Device.9. The Ordering Partys Reader May Activate The Received Code Within The Validity Period Assigned To It; After Activation, The Code Will Enable Access To The Service For 30 Days.10. The Ordering Partys Reader Should Have Access To An Unlimited Number Of Pages And Electronic Publications From The Contractors Offer.11. All Electronic Publications Provided Must Be Simultaneously Available To An Unlimited Number Of Readers Of The Ordering Party.12. The Ordering Partys Reader Must Be Able To Obtain Multiple Access To Each Of The Offered Publications.13. The Ordering Party Must Have Current Access To Statistical Data On The Use Of Access Codes In The Requested Period, As Well As Publications Made Available To Readers Of The Ordering Party.
