1. The Subject Of The Order Is An Individual Transport Service Adapted To The Needs Of People With Disabilities In The Piaseczno District - Door To Door. The Service Will Be Provided In Accordance With The Needs Of Authorized And Verified Residents Of Piaseczno County In Accordance With The Regulations Adopted By Resolution No. 132/5/26 Of The Piaseczno County Board Of January 21, 2026, Hereinafter Referred To As The Regulations. Persons Entitled To Use Transport Are Residents Of Piaseczno County With Disabilities Who Cannot Use Public Transport On Their Own, Listed In Detail In The Above-Mentioned. Regulations. The Aim Of The Service Is To Enable Eligible People To Achieve Their Own Goals And Plans, As Well As To Independently Deal With Important Personal And Health Matters, Including Access To Day Care Centers Or To Doctors And Rehabilitation. Each Course Also Involves Door-To-Door Support And, In Special Situations, Also An Assistant.
