Tenders Are Invited For Bo - Renovation And Retrofitting Of Załęsko Schools And Kindergartens In The School And Institution Complex No. 2 In Katowice - Primary School No. 20

The Subject Of The Order Is The Performance Of Renovation Works In Rooms No. 46, 22 And 43A In The School And Kindergarten Complex No. 2 - Primary School No. 20 As Part Of The Task Bo - Renovation And Retrofitting Of Załęsko Schools And Kindergartens. The Scope Of Work Includes Demolition, Construction, Finishing And Installation Works. The Existing Floors Will Be Dismantled In The Rooms And New Floors Made Of Heterogeneous, Anti-Slip Pvc Floor Coverings, With Folded Walls And Welded Joints. Leveling Layers For Floors Will Be Made And Protective Elements Will Be Installed, Such As Fender Boards And Radiator Covers Made Of Hpl Boards. The Scope Also Includes The Preparation Of Walls And Ceilings By Removing Old Paint Coatings, Applying Gypsum Plasters, Priming And Painting Twice With Emulsion Paint. In One Of The Rooms, The Replacement Of A Radiator With Valves And The Installation Of Pvc Window Sills Are Planned. Installation Works Include Dismantling The Existing Electrical Equipment And Lighting Fixtures, Making Grooves And New Cable Routes, Installing Cables, Plug Sockets, Connectors And Lighting Fixtures, As Well As Retrofitting The Switchgear. After Completing The Works, The Required Measurements And Checks Of The Electrical Installation Will Be Performed.
