1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Modernization Of The Endoscopy Laboratory Of The District Health Center Sp. Z O. O. In Kartuzy.2. The Contractor Will Perform The Order In Accordance With The Hospital Accessibility Standard And The Requirements For Ensuring Architectural, Digital And Information And Communication Accessibility For People With Special Needs, In Accordance With The Act Of July 19, 2019. On Ensuring Accessibility For People With Special Needs (Consolidated Text: Journal Of Laws Of 2024, Item 1411).3. The Subject Of The Order Includes The Execution Of Construction Works Consisting Of: • Modernization And Reconstruction Of The Existing Rooms Of The Endoscopy Laboratory And Social Rooms, Adapting The Rooms To Applicable Regulations And Current Technical And Sanitary Standards, • Creation Of Patient Preparation Rooms, A Diagnostic And Treatment Room, A Sanitary Facility With Direct Entrance From The Patient Preparation Room And A Washing Room, • Creation Of A Recovery Room With A Sanitary Facility Next To The Endoscopy Laboratory, And A Room For Monitoring The Patients Condition. 4. The Subject Of The Order Includes: • Preparatory Works, • Construction Works In The Field Of Plastering And Flooring; • Works In The Field Of Window And Door Joinery Installation, • Works In The Field Of Ventilation And Heating Installations, • Execution Of Electrical And Telecommunications Installations (Including Evacuation Lighting); • Works In The Field Of Tidying Up, • Finishing Works, • Preparation Of Complete As-Built Documentation By The Contractor • Acceptance Of Works.5. The Detailed Scope Of The Subject Of The Order (Appendix No. 9 To The Swz) Was Specified In The Design Documentation Along With The Arrangements.
