The Scope Of The Order Includes Preparation Of Design Documentation And Construction Works In The Design And Build Formula, Consisting In The Renovation Of The Sports Infrastructure Of The Paprocany Sports Complex In Tychy. The Subject Of The Order Should Be Performed Based On The Prepared Design Documentation And In Accordance With The Construction Law And Implementing Acts Issued On Its Basis, Construction Art, Work Technology, Technical Specifications, As Well As Guidelines Of Manufacturers Of Construction Products And Materials. Investment Location: Voivodeship: Silesia, Poviat: Tychy, Commune: Tychy, Street: Sikorskiego 110, Plot No. 3649/1. The Scope Of The Task Includes: A) Replacement Of The Synthetic Grass Football Pitch Surface Along With The Necessary Additions To The Substructure And Replacement Of Equipment; B) Replacement Of The Surface Of Two Artificial Grass Tennis Courts With An Acrylic Surface Along With The Construction Of The Necessary Substructure And Replacement Of Equipment; C) Renovation Of The Existing Ball Catches And Fencing Elements; D) Hardening The Area Between The Facilities; E) Stand For Mines. 6 Bicycles; F) Tidying Up And Cleaning The Area After The Works, Waste Removal And Disposal; As Part Of The Order, The Contractor Is Obliged To Develop Design Documentation To The Extent Resulting From The Legal Provisions And Adopted Technical Solutions, Obtain The Required Approvals, And Then Perform The Works And Hand Over The Facility For Use. The Documentation Should Include The Results Of Excavations Of The Existing Subgrade And, On This Basis, Determine The Scope Of Its Stabilization Or Replacement. The Ordering Party Requires The Contractor To Keep Photographic Documentation Of Each Stage Of The Investment Implementation, In Particular In The Scope Of Documenting The Execution Of Works That Are Missing Or Covered. All Works That Are Damaged Or Covered Will Be Accepted By The Ordering Party, Of Which The Contractor Will Be Obliged To Notify The Ordering Party At Least Two Days In Advance. For All Materials Installed, The Contractor Will Present A Document Authorizing Their Use In Construction. The Contractor Will Be Obliged To Organize A Weekly Construction Council With The Participation Of The Construction Manager, A Representative Of The Employer And The Facility Management. After Completing The Subject Of The Order, The Contractor Is Obliged To Clean Up The Construction Site And Adjacent Areas Used During The Works (Also Applies To Access Roads And Areas Where Materials Were Stored) To Their Original Condition. In The Event Of Destruction Of The Construction Areas Or Adjacent Areas After The Completion Of The Investment, The Contractor Is Obliged To Restore Them To Their Original Condition Within The Agreed Remuneration.
