The Subject Of The Order Is The Provision Of Postal Services In The Field Of Collection, Transportation And Delivery In Domestic And Foreign Economic And Priority Traffic: A) Unregistered Letter Items, B) Registered Letter Items, C) Postal Parcels, As Well As The Issuance Of Registered Items Returned After Exhausting The Possibilities Of Their Delivery Or Handing Over To The Recipient, Which Will Be Carried Out In Accordance With The Principles Set Out In Generally Applicable Legal Provisions, In Particular In The Act Of November 23, 2012 R. Postal Law (Journal Of Laws Of 2025, Item 366, As Amended) And Implementing Acts To The Postal Law. The Service Will Be Provided To The Poviat Office In Gryfino, On Behalf Of Which The Ordering Party Acts.2. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Is Presented In The Contract Template And The Annex To The Offer Form.
