1) Proper And Aesthetically Appropriate Maintenance Of Urban Greenery In The City Areas Marked With Annex No. 1 To The Agreement, Consisting In: A) Planting, Caring For Flowers And Fertilizing, B) Replenishing Soil In The Areas Covered With Plantings, C) Caring For Trees, Shrubs And Perennials, D) Planting And Caring For Flowers In Pots And Lawns, E) In The Absence Of Rainfall - Watering Plantings And Lawns With The Frequency And In The Amounts Necessary For Maintaining Their Proper Condition, F) Mowing The Lawns Frequently And At Regular Intervals Throughout The Maintenance Period, So That The Height Of The Grass Before The Next Mowing Does Not Exceed 10-11 Cm And Removing The Mown Grass, G) Removing Weeds From The Lawns Mechanically, With Heat Guns Or Natural Herbicides (E.G. Substral Antichwast Total) With A Selective Effect, H) Removing Branches And Withered Or Dying Plants, I) Using Appropriate Spraying In The Event Of Plant Diseases, J) Mineral Fertilization Of Lawns In The Following Annual Doses: - Nitrogen (N) - 1.0 - 1.5 Kg Per 100 M2 Of Lawn, - Phosphorus (P) - 0.9 - 1.0 Kg P205 Per 100 M2 Of Lawn, - Potassium (K) - 0.8 - 1.0 Kg K20 Per 100 M2, K) Spring And Autumn Raking Of Lawns, L) Maintaining The Cleanliness Of The Water Table Of Ponds Located At The Zamczysko Promenade, And Maintaining The Areas Adjacent To Them. 2) Tree Care At John Paul Ii Square, Which Should Be Carried Out By Fertilizing The Area Surrounding The Tree Stands Using Fertilizers Of Natural Origin, Such As Chicken And Cattle Manure Granules. To Improve The Soil Structure, It Is Recommended To Use Soil Conditioners, E.G. Azofoska In The Ratio Of 3 Kg / 100 M2, Adding Perlite Or Sandblasting To Loosen And Aerate The Soil. All Treatments Should Be Performed In Early Spring. 3) One, Two And Three Times Mechanical Mowing With A Rotary Mower Of The Areas Listed In Annex No. 2. 4) Six Times Mechanical Mowing Of The Areas Listed In Annex No. 3 To The Contract. 5) Cleaning The Internal Walls Of The Water Tank - The Fountain Located On Pl. John Paul Ii Every Time The Water Is Changed. 3. With Respect To The Areas Covered By Annexes No. 1, 2, 3 To The Agreement, The Contractor Is Obliged To Constantly And Regularly Clean The Green Areas Of Accumulated Waste (Papers, Leaves, Various Types Of Packaging, Bottles, Fallen Tree Branches And Others) Throughout The Duration Of The Agreement.
