Tenders Are Invited For Carrying Out Works In The Field Of Maintenance, Operation And Maintaining In Constant Technical Efficiency Of City Fountains In The Municipality Of Szczecin, Which Are Administered By Zuk

1. The Scope Of The Contract Includes: 1) Maintenance And Operational Works Aimed At Maintaining The Constant Technical Efficiency Of City Fountains In The City Of Szczecin Commune, Including Historic Buildings, Specified In Annex No. 6 To The Swz, 2) Damages, Faults Or Failures As Well As Maintenance And Operational Works Aimed At Maintaining The Constant Technical Efficiency Of City Fountains In The City Of Szczecin, Other Than Those Specified In Annex No. 6 To The Swz. 2. The List Of Facilities, Equipment And Location Is Attached As Annex No. 7 To Swz.3. In The Case Of Works Referred To In Point 3 Section 2 The Contractor Will Be Obliged To: 1) In Terms Of Removing Defects Or Failures - Immediately Take Steps To Remove The Defect Or Failure, Including: A) Taking Protective Measures Related To Removing The Defect Or Failure No Later Than Within 90 Minutes From The Moment Of Receiving Notification Of The Defect Or Failure. The Ordering Party Will Inform The Contractor About Defects And Failures In Writing, By Phone Or E-Mail. The Date Of Notification Is The Day On Which The Information Is Provided By The Ordering Party, B) Removal Of The Fault Or Failure Within 24 Hours Of Receiving The Notification. If A Complicated Defect Or Failure Is Found, The Parties To The Contract May Set A New Date For Its Removal, C) Presenting To The Ordering Party The Scope Of Work Aimed At Removing The Defect Or Failure And The Method Of Their Implementation. After Removing The Defect Or Breakdown, A Work Acceptance Report Will Be Prepared And Signed By Both Parties, 2) In The Scope Of Removing Damage And Performing Maintenance And Operational Works Aimed At Maintaining The Constant Technical Efficiency Of Urban Fountains In The City Of Szczecin, Other Than Those Specified In Annex No. 6 To The Swz - Perform The Works Within The Time Agreed With The Ordering Party, After Previously Determining The Scope Of The Works And The Method Of Their Implementation; After Completing The Above-Mentioned Of The Works, A Work Acceptance Report Will Be Prepared - Which Will Be Signed By Both Parties - Based On The As-Built Cost Estimate Submitted By The Contractor, Which Will Constitute The Basis For Settlement.4. The Contractor Will Be Obliged To Carry Out The Subject Of The Order (Including Damages, Defects, Failures And Performance Of Maintenance And Operational Works Aimed At Maintaining The Constant Technical Efficiency Of Municipal Fountains In The City Of Szczecin, Other Than Those Specified In Annex No. 6 To The Swz), On All Days Of The Validity Of The Contract (Including Saturdays And Holidays And Days Off) 24 Hours A Day. Therefore, The Contractor Will Also Be Obliged To Provide The Ordering Party With 24-Hour Telephone Contact And Readiness To Immediately Remove Damage, Faults Or Failures.5. The Contractor Will Be Obliged To Inform The Ordering Party (On An Ongoing Basis) About Changes And Damages, Including: Installed Technical Devices Of Fountains, Structures Of Chamb
