The Subject Of The Order Is The Provision Of Specialist Counseling By A Psychologist In The Specialist Family Assistance And Crisis Intervention Section, For A Total Of 384 Hours, By December 31, 2026. Activities Will Be Performed At Least 2 Times A Week For 4 Hours. The Detailed Schedule Will Be Agreed With The Head Of The Specialized Family Assistance And Crisis Intervention Section After Concluding The Contract. 1. An Hour Of Service Is Understood As A Clock Hour.2. The Service Will Be Conducted In Accordance With The Ethics Of The Psychologists Profession, In The Scope Of: A. Providing Emergency Psychological Assistance And Crisis Intervention Assistance For Up To 12 Visits To Persons And Families In A Crisis Situation, Including Those Experiencing Violence; B. Providing Psychological Assistance To Social Workers And Family Assistants In The Event Of Situations That Pose A Direct Threat To Life Or Health In Connection With The Performance Of Official Duties; C. Conducting Psychological Counseling For Individuals And Families, Consisting Of Providing Basic Information And Motivating Them To Undertake In-Depth Cooperation; D. If Necessary - Performing Work In The Place Of Residence Or Staying Of Families And People Requiring Support; E. Preparing And Conducting One Educational Workshop For People Experiencing Domestic Violence, Consisting Of Three Meetings Of 1.5 Hours Each In The Field Of Power Regulation Or Stress Coping; F. Providing Counseling And Participating In Consultations On Matters Conducted By The Centers Employees; G. Participation In The Work Of Working Groups Established To Conduct Individual Blue Cards Procedures And Cooperation With Other Employees Of The Center In The Scope Of Work Undertaken With Families And Individuals To Solve Their Problems;H. In Case Of Suspicion Of Domestic Violence, Initiate The Blue Card Procedure By Completing The Blue Card - A Form;I. Preparing Analyzes And Output Data For Reporting;J. Effective Organization Of Work, Its Place And Time In A Way That Ensures Accessibility For Interested Parties And Keeping And Securing Documents Confirming The Work Performed In Force In The Section; K. Preparing, At The Request Of External Institutions And For The Internal Needs Of The Center, Information On Cooperation With Individuals And Families And Opinions About Them;L. Cooperation With Government And Local Government Administration Units, Relevant Non-Governmental Organizations And Other Entities And Persons Acting For The Benefit Of Individuals And Families; Cooperation With An Interdisciplinary Team Or Working Group Referred To In Art. 9A Of The Act Of July 29, 2005.
