Poznańska 10. The Subject Of The Order Includes The Development Of Complete Design Documentation, I.E.: Concept, Construction Design, Executive Design, Stwior (Technical Specification For Execution And Acceptance Of Works) And The Preparation Of An Investors Cost Estimate And Bill Of Quantities, Description Of The Subject Of The Order - Constituting Jointly Documentation For The Tender Procedure For Construction Works Related To The Renovation And Thermal Modernization Of The Otl Facility In Świebodzin. In Addition, The Subject Of The Order Includes The Provision Of Authors Supervision At The Stage Of Implementation Of The Executive Contract (Construction Works). The Ordering Party Did Not Divide The Order Into Parts Due To The Nature Of The Subject Of The Order, In Which The Design Documentation Constitutes A Unified Whole, And The Size Of The Order Allows Entities From The Sector Of Small And Medium-Sized Enterprises Operating On The Market To Participate In The Procedure And Complete The Entire Subject Of The Order. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order And Its Specifications Are Included In Annex No. 10 To The Swz - Description Of The Subject Matter Of The Order (Opz). Information Additional:1) The Contractor Is Obliged To Keep The Information Confidential.2) The Ordering Party Reserves The Right To Request The Contractor To Supplement The Offer And Provide Explanations In Accordance With The Public Procurement Law. 3) The Ordering Party Reserves The Right To Update The Investors Cost Estimates Once. 4) The Ordering Party Requires The Contractor Not To Use Its Own Names In The Prepared Documentation. Proper Names May Be Used Only When Justified By The Specific Nature Of The Subject Of The Contract And It Is Impossible To Describe It Using Sufficiently Precise Terms, Provided That They Are Accompanied By The Note Or Equivalent.
