Tenders Are Invited For Providing Catering Services For Recipients Of Educational Projects Organized By The International Center For Education About Auschwitz And The Holocaust And For Invited Guests.
I. The Subject Of The Order Is The Provision Of Catering Services For Recipients Of Educational Projects Organized By The International Center For Education About Auschwitz And The Holocaust (Hereinafter: Mceah) And For Invited Guests On The Premises Of The Auschwitz-Birkenau State Museum In Oświęcim.1. Meal Orders Will Be Within The Above-Mentioned Framework. Catering Services Submitted By The Ordering Partys Employees In Accordance With The Following Rules: A) The Purchase Of Meals And The Final Details Will Be Made And Determined By The Coordinator Of A Given Educational Project On The Part Of The Ordering Party (The Ordering Partys Employee), Based On The Prepared Offer (Pdf) With The Need To Provide The Details Contained In Point B. Received From The Contractor; B) The Standard Lunch And Dinner Menus Must Be Available In Two Language Versions: Polish And English And Must Include Suggestions For Regular, Vegetarian And Vegan Meals. The Menu Must Include A Photo Of The Meal, Ingredients, Weight, Price And Allergens, In Accordance With The Guidelines Included In Annex No. 1 To The Swz; C) Meals From The Standard Lunch Menu Will Be Delivered In Accordance With The Order, I.E. Packed In Disposable Packaging Ensuring That The Appropriate Temperature Of The Meal Is Maintained At The Time Of Serving Or Served On The Contractors Tableware While Maintaining The Appropriate Meal Temperature And Aesthetics. The Ordering Party Does Not Allow The Use Of Disposable Styrofoam Packaging. The Contractor Is Obliged To Provide Full Infrastructure To Fulfill The Order For Standard Lunches. The Ordering Party Provides Tables And Chairs. D) Meals From The Dinner Menu Will Be Served On The Contractors Tableware, Maintaining The Appropriate Temperature Of The Meal And Aesthetics. The Contractor Is Obliged To Provide Full Infrastructure To Fulfill The Dinner Order. The Ordering Party Provides Tables And Chairs. E) Standing Lunches Will Be Ordered For The Needs Of The Organization, Among Others: Conferences, Meetings. The Contractor Is Obliged To Provide The Necessary Infrastructure To Complete The Order, I.E. Bain-Marie, Cauldrons, Necessary Structures For Displaying Snacks, Platters, Platters, Spices And Waiter Service. The Ordering Party Provides The Remaining Infrastructure, I.E. Tables, Tableware, Etc. F) Sit-Down Lunches Will Be Ordered In The Case Of Organizations Including: Meetings, Conferences, Visits Of Invited Guests. The Contractor Delivers The Order On Plates/Platters. The Ordering Party Provides The Remaining Infrastructure, I.E. Tables, Tableware, Etc. G) Settlement For The Services Provided Will Be Made Each Time After The Completion Of A Given Order.2.
