1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Provision Of Transport Services From The Ordering Partys Headquarters, Plastic Waste With Codes 15 01 02 And 20 01 39 In An Estimated Amount Of Approximately 770 Mg (Waste With Code 15 01 02 In An Amount Of Approximately 750 Mg, And Waste With Code 20 01 39 In An Amount Of Approximately 20 Mg) And Their Management During The Period Validity Of The Contract. Applies To Waste Collected In A Yellow Bag As Part Of The Selective Collection Of Municipal Waste From Inhabited And Uninhabited Properties And Received In Bulk At The Selective Municipal Waste Collection Point In The Rokietnica Commune. 2. Plastic Waste - This Should Be Understood As Waste Referred To In The Regulation Of The Minister Of Climate And Environment Of May 10, 2021 On The Method Of Selective Collection Of Selected Waste Fractions. 3. The Contractor Will Be Obliged To Collect Selectively Collected Municipal Waste Collected At The Ordering Partys Premises, And Then To Transport It To The Installation, Where It Will Be Managed. It Is Estimated That It Will Be Necessary To Transport Waste From The Ordering Partys Premises At Least 3 Times A Week. 4. The Process Of Implementing The Subject Of The Order Includes: A) Management Of Plastics Collected By The Ordering Party. Waste Subject To Management Should Be Managed Only In An Installation Within The Meaning Of Art. 30 Of The Act Of December 14, 2012. On Waste, Which Is At The Disposal Of The Contractor, Hereinafter Referred To As The Installation; B) Collection Of Plastic Waste From The Ordering Partys Premises With Its Own Transport; C) Fulfillment Of Registration, Reporting And Information Obligations By The Contractor.5. The Scope Of The Subject Of The Order Includes: Plastics, Waste Code: 15 01 02 - Plastic Packaging And 20 01 39 - Plastics. The Value Presented In Section 1, Indicates Only The Estimated Amount Of Waste. The Contractor Is Obliged To: A) Ensure Waste Management In Recovery Processes (R) In Accordance With The Requirements Of The Waste Act And Obtain A Minimum Of 56% Recovery/Recycling For The Transferred Waste With Code 15 01 02, Confirmed By Dpr Documents In Accordance With The Regulations; B) Treat Waste In A Manner Consistent With The Waste Management Hierarchy; C) Ensure Municipal Installation/Installation Municipal Facilities With Processing Capacity Enabling The Management Of The Amount Of Waste Covered By This Order. The Contractor Is Obliged To Implement The Subject Of The Order In A Manner Consistent With The Requirements Of Applicable Legal Regulations, Including Environmental Protection, Sanitary, Occupational Health And Safety, Fire Protection, Local Law Provisions, And In Particular: A) The Act Of December 14, 2012 On Waste And Implementing Acts To The Act; B) The Act Of April 27, 2001 Environmental Protection Law And Implementing Acts To The Act; C) The Act Of 13 September 1996 On Maintaining Cleanliness And Order In Municipalities And Implementing Acts To The Act; The
