Part I - Implementation Of A Therapeutic Stay For Children With Post-Traumatic Disorders And Their Adoptive Families.1) Subject Of The Order: The Subject Of The Order Is The Implementation Of A Therapeutic Stay For Children With Post-Traumatic Disorders And Their Adoptive Families.2) Target Group: Participants Of The Therapeutic Stay Will Be Children With Post-Traumatic Disorders Who Have Been Adopted And Their Adoptive Families - A Maximum Of 7 Adoptive Families In Total. The Total Number Of Participants In The Stay - A Maximum Of 26 People, Including: A Maximum Of 14 Adoptive Parents And A Maximum Of 12 Adopted Children (Aged From Approximately 6 To Approximately 10 Years).3) Purpose: The Aim Of The Stay Will Be To Help Children Work Through Experiences Related To The Trauma They Have Experienced, Reduce The Symptoms Of Mental Trauma, Develop Self-Regulation Skills And Strengthen Their Sense Of Security. The Parents Participation In The Therapeutic Stay Is Intended To Expand Their Knowledge About Trauma, Its Consequences For The Functioning And Development Of The Child And His/Her Perception Of Reality, As Well As To Strengthen Parenting Competences And Bonds Between Adopted Children And Their Parents.4) Form Of Organization: The Therapeutic Stay Will Consist Of: A Diagnostic Meeting (1 Meeting For Each Family Participating In The Stay, I.E. A Total Of A Maximum Of 7 Diagnostic Meetings), A 5-Day Meeting (Lasting 5 Consecutive Days) And A Meeting Feedback (1 Meeting For Each Family Participating In The Stay, I.E. A Maximum Of 7 Feedback Meetings In Total). 5) Place Of Implementation: A) Diagnostic Meeting And Feedback Meeting: Meetings Held At The Pre And Post Adoption Support Point In Katowice (Katowice, Ul. Graniczna 29). The Meeting Room Will Be Provided By The Ordering Party; B) Meeting: In One Of The Hotels Located In Selected Counties Of The Silesian Voivodeship, I.E. Cieszyn Or Bielsko, Żywiec Or Zawiercie, In A Place Indicated By The Ordering Party. 6) The Support Provided For Adoptive Families As Part Of The Diagnostic Meeting Will Include An Individual Diagnostic Consultation Of The Child, Lasting Approximately 45 Minutes, Conducted By A Team Consisting Of At Least 2 Psychologists Or 1 Psychologist And 1 Educator Who Will Work With The Families During The Meeting - Determining The Childs Needs And Parents Expectations. It Will Constitute The Basis For Developing A Childs Diagnosis And A Work Plan During The Stay. Diagnostic Meetings Will Take Place From Monday To Saturday, From 9:00 A.M. To 6:00 P.M. 7) As Part Of The Meeting, The Contractor Will Provide Adopted Children With Specialized Support And Care For A Minimum Of 8 Teaching Hours A Day, Including: A) Individual Child Therapy, Including Psychological And Pedagogical Therapy; B) Socio-Therapeutic Classes Or Social Skills Training (Tus); C) Art Therapy; D) Relaxation Classes; E) Workshops On Dealing With Emotions;F) General Development Classes, Including Games And Fun;G) Swimming
