1. The Subject Of The Order Is: 1) Partial Renovation Of The Road Surface Of Municipal And Internal Roads In The City Of Turku, Consisting Of: A. Cutting Off The Edges Of The Pavement Defect To The Depth Of The Deepest Damage That Allows For Leveling Its Bottom, Giving The Damage The Shape Of A Simple Geometric Figure With Vertical Walls, B. Cutting Out The Damaged Bituminous Surface, C. Removing Water, Making The Damaged Area Air-Dry, D. Thorough Cleaning Of The Bottom And Edges Of The Damaged Area From Loose Grit Grains, Gravel, Sand And Dust, E. Priming The Bottom And Edges Of The Defect With Asphalt Emulsion, F. Restoring The Bituminous Surface With A Mineral-Asphalt Mass (Compacting The Built-In Material With A Roller Or Plate Compactor), G. Cleaning Up And Removing Debris And Tidying Up The Area After The Works.2) Renovation Of The Surface Of Sidewalks Of Municipal And Internal Roads Made Of Concrete Cubes Or 35X35 Tiles, Consisting Of: A. Removing And Removing Damaged Tiles Or Cubes, B. Removing And Cleaning Tiles Or Cubes Intended For Reinstallation, C. Restoring The Base Or Ballast (Supplementing) And Laying The Surface With Filling The Gaps, D. Cleaning Up And Removing Debris And Tidying Up The Area After The Works, 2. Repairs Should Be Made Of Materials With The Same Technical Properties, Preferably The Same Material.3. The Detailed Material Scope Is Determined By: A) Price Form; B) List Of Municipal Roads And Internal Roads. 4. The Contractor Undertakes To Complete The Subject Of The Order In Accordance With The Conditions Resulting From The Applicable Technical Regulations And Construction Law, The Requirements Resulting From The Applicable Polish Standards And Technical Approvals, And The Principles Of Sound Technical Knowledge.5. After Completing The Work Ordered By The Ordering Party, The Contractor Is Obliged To Participate, Together With The Ordering Party, In The Acceptance Of The Work Performed. Transport Of Persons Participating In The Acceptance Is Provided By The Contractor.6. The Detailed Scope Of The Subject Of The Order Is Specified In The Draft Contract - Annex No. 3 To The Swz.
