The Subject Of The Order Is The Provision Of A Comprehensive Service Including The Delivery And Launch As Well As Management And Maintenance Of The Mławski Rower Miejski (Mrm). The Service Consists In Enabling The Collection And Return Of A Bicycle At Any Mrm Station For A Fee According To The Tariff Set By The Ordering Party And Adopted By The Contractor, Continuously Operated 24 Hours A Day, Every Day Of The Week During The Period Of Operation. The Periods Of Operation Are Defined As: In 2026. From May 1, 2026 To October 31, 2026 Inclusive. In 2027 From May 1, 2027 To October 31, 2027 Inclusive. The Service Includes The Organization, Ongoing Management And Operation Of Bicycles, Collecting Fees For The Use Of A City Bike And The Maintenance And Operation Of All Devices Related To The Operation Of The Mrm System. The System Will Consist Of 10 Stations And 40 Brand New Bicycles In The 4G Comfort System, Including: The Stations Are To Be Visible In The System Application And On The Website And Enable Free Bicycle Return. The Locations Of The Bicycle Stations Will Be Agreed Upon At The Stage Of Preparation For The Commencement Of The Service. The Ordering Party Reserves The Right To Change The Location Of The Station. Each Bicycle Station Will Be Equipped With Racks For A Minimum Of 4 Bicycles.
