Warsaw, 3) Purchase And Sale Of Electricity Pursuant To The Act Of April 10, 1997 - Energy Law;4) Road And Road Traffic Management Pursuant To The Act Of March 21, 1985 On Public Roads And The Act Of June 20, 1997 - Road Traffic Law;5) Road Investments Pursuant To The Act Of April 10, 2003 On Special Rules For Preparation And Implementation Investments In The Field Of Public Roads;6) Building Investments Pursuant To The Act Of July 7, 1994 - Construction Law;7) Cleanliness And Order Pursuant To The Act Of September 13, 1996 On Maintaining Cleanliness And Order In Municipalities;8) Mass Events Pursuant To The Act Of March 20, 2009 On The Safety Of Mass Events;9) Real Estate Management Pursuant To The Act Of August 21 1997 On Real Estate Management;10) Finances Pursuant To The Act Of August 27, 2009 On Public Finances.
