Scope Of The Order, Requirements Of The Ordering Party And Method Of Performing The Work: 1) Cleaning And Sweeping Of Sidewalks And Bicycle Paths Listed In Table No. 1 - Work On Sidewalks And Bicycle Paths Included In These Lists Will Be Carried Out Up To 15 Times A Year (On Average, Twice In The Months: May-October, Once In March, April, November) Based On The Scope Of Work Presented By The Ordering Party Once A Week, In Which The Location Of The Areas To Be Cleaned Will Be Determined. The Ordering Party Reserves The Right To Increase Or Decrease The Number Of Cleanings In A Given Month, Without Changing Their Number During The Year. The Scope Of Work For The Next Week Will Be Sent To The Contractor By E-Mail (To The Address Indicated In The Contract) No Later Than Friday At 15. The Scope Will Not Exceed The Amounts Specified In Table No. 1. The Scope Of Work Includes: Cleaning The Sidewalk Of Any Contamination, In Particular Accumulated Soil, Sand, Papers, Bottles, Cigarette Butts, Leaves, Weeds, Grass And Other Waste. The Implementation Of The Works Requires Ongoing Removal Of The Collected Pollutants. Sidewalks Should Be Cleaned Along With Greenery Strips (Between The Sidewalk And The Road And Behind The Sidewalk At A Minimum Width Of 1 M), If Any. Pedestrian Shelters Are Included In The Sidewalks And Will Be Cleaned At The Same Time As The Sidewalks Along The Street. The Contractor Is Obliged To Clean The Dirt Deposited After Heavy Rains And Other Dirt That Occurs Ad Hoc As A Result Of Unforeseen Events On The Road Within 2-4 Hours Of Receiving A Telephone And E-Mail Notification From The Ordering Party. The Settlement Of The Works Will Take Place According To The Unit Prices Specified In The Contractors Offer. In Addition To The Cleaning Described Above The Ordering Party Requires That Fallen Leaves On Sidewalks And Green Areas Be Cleaned And Removed Twice (In Autumn: October And November). The Total Area Of Leaf Cleaning Will Not Exceed 53,855.20 M2 (Table No. 3).
