The Subject Of The Order Is The Provision Of A Service Consisting In Environmental Supervision During The Implementation Of The Investment Entitled: Reconstruction Of Provincial Road No. 163 On The Połczyn-Zdrój - Czaplinek Section - Stage Iii. Supervision Will Be Carried Out Over The Investment, Which Involves The Reconstruction Of Ul. Wałecka In Czaplinek (From The Intersection With Czarnkowski Street To The Railway Crossing) Along The Provincial Road No. 163. Section Gh, Beginning At Km 93+744, Ending At Km 96+056.55. The Length Of The Section To Be Reconstructed Is Approx. 2.31 Km. The Need To Implement The Above-Mentioned The Task Results From The Obligations Imposed: 1) By The Decision On The Permit For The Implementation Of A Road Investment No. 1/2019 Of April 12, 2019; 2) By The Decision On Environmental Conditions Of October 19, 2017 (Letter Gko.6220.26.2015).2.
