1. The Subject Of The Order Includes The Purchase Of A Medium-Sized Rescue And Fire-Fighting Vehicle With A 4X4 Drive For The Podsarnie Volunteer Fire Department. Car – Brand New. 2. The Ordering Party Requires That The Delivered Subject Of The Order Be Brand New (Unused), Functional, And Meet The Minimum Conditions Described In The Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order (Annex No. 2 To The Swz) And The Technical Specifications Of The Offered Equipment (Technical Requirements For A Medium-Sized Rescue And Fire-Fighting Vehicle With A 4X4 Drive - Annex No. 2.1 To The Swz). 3. The Subject Of The Order Should Constitute The Sole Property Of The Contractor And Be Free From Any Encumbrances And Rights Of Third Parties. (Including Pledges, Transfer Of Ownership As Security, Etc.) And Not Have Any Other Legal Or Physical Defects, Including Hidden Defects. 4. The Subject Of The Order Must Be Consistent With The Requirements And Parameters Included In The Description Of The Subject Of The Order.
