The Subject Of The Order Is The Provision Of Direct Physical Protection Services For Persons And Property At The Office Of The Patient Ombudsman And The Adjacent Area, As Well As The Operation Of The Video Monitoring System In The Facility. Security Services Will Be Provided From Monday To Friday, From 6.30 A.M. To 7 P.M. The Services Will Consist In Direct Physical Protection, Constant Supervision Of Signals Sent, Collected And Processed In The Ordering Partys Electronic Alarm Systems And Devices, As Well As Ad Hoc Protection By Intervention Groups (Intervention Patrols), By The Contractors Security Officer, Supported By The Contractors Intervention Patrol. All Persons Employed By The Contractor And Providing The Ordering Party With The Physical Protection Service Referred To In Chapter Iii, Section 1 Point 1 Of The Swz, I.E. Physical Protection Of Persons And Property At The Headquarters Of The Office Of The Patient Ombudsman With The Adjacent Area And Operation Of The Video Monitoring System In The Facility, Will Be Employed During The Period Of Implementation Of The Contract By The Contractor On The Basis Of An Employment Contract Within The Meaning Of The Provisions Of Art. 22 § 1 Of The Act Of June 26, 1974 - Labor Code (Consolidated Text: Journal Of Laws Of 2023, Item 1456, As Amended) Full-Time.
