The Work Will Be Implemented In Accordance With The Applicable Laws Of The Czech Republic And Czech Republic, And According To Generally Binding And Recommended Regulations And Methodologies. This Is A Building Located On Plot Number 290 In The Historic Center Of České Budějovice, The Original Bazar Department Store. The House Corresponds To The Concept Of A Cultural Monument §2 And 42 Of Act No. 20/1987 Coll., On State Monument Care. The Proposed Construction Works Mainly Relate To The Layout Of The Interior Of The Building, The Addition Of Counter Dormer Windows And Solutions For Remediation Of Moisture Around The Perimeter Of The Building. The Proposed Purpose Of Use Is The Construction Of An Accommodation Facility With Accommodation Units For Short-Term Rental With Individual Social Facilities In Each Of The Units.
