The Assignment Concerns A Comprehensive Evaluation Of Existing Measures Within The Inclusion And Diversity Work In The State Which Will Contribute To More People Being In Or Entering Work, Especially People Who Are Currently Outside The Working World. The National Tariff Area Consists Of Around 200 Businesses With Over 166,000 Employees, And The Measures Range From Statutory Instruments To Voluntary Schemes Such As The Trainee Programme, Internships And Positive Discrimination. The Evaluation Will Map The Effects Of Current Measures And Identify Measures That Work Well, Less Well Or Do Not Produce The Desired Effect. The Work Involves A Review Of Existing Research, Document Studies And Extensive Data Collection, Including In-Depth Interviews In A Selection Of Government Enterprises. In Conclusion, The Contractor Must Propose Improvements, Any New Measures And Areas Where More Knowledge Is Needed. The Final Delivery Deadline For The Agreement Is 31 December 2026.
