Submission Details The offer and this document shall be signed and submitted no later than March 5, 2026, at 2:00pm, which can be submitted via the following ways: · Electronically by sending the tender to: [email protected], E-mails should have the following subject: DPSE050/3Q/017.001. · By hand to: CESVI Office, Bethlehem, Beit Jala, AlZaytouna Street, Aziz Shahin Community Building, 1st floor. Terms & Conditions: · The deadline for submitting offers is Thursday March 5, 2026, 2:00pm, Palestine time. · Bidder must not be engaged in any corruption, fraudulent, collusive or coercive practices including but not limited to applying/bidding by multiple names/companies or submitting a fake call deposit/earnest money. If any bidder is found to be involved in such practices their bid will be rejected and the companies in question will be permanently blacklisted. · Lowest price is not the sole selection criterion. Please refer to section D.
