Tenders are invited for Supply of Laboratory Equipment. Interested companies should submit the following documents for consideration: i. Evidence of Certificate of Incorporation with the Corporate Affairs Commission (CAC) including form CAC 2 and CAC 7. ii. Evidence of company incomes tax Clearance Certificate for the last three (03) years (2022, 2024, and 2024) valid till 31st December 2025. iii. Evidence of Pension Clearance Certificate valid till 31st December, 2025 (this requirement is only applicable to bidders whose number of staff is 15 and above); iv. Evidence of Industrial Training Fund (ITF) Compliance Certificate valid till 31st December, 2025 (this requirement is only applicable to bidders whose number of staff is 5 and above or the bidders annual turnover is 50m and above); v. Evidence of Nigeria Social Insurance Trust Fund (NSITF) Compliance Certificate valid till 31st December 2025. vi. Evidence of registration on the National Database of Federal Contractors, Consultants, and Service Providers by inclusion of an interim registration report (IRR) expiring on December 31, 2025, or a valid certificate issued by the Bureau of Public Procurement (BPP). vii. Sworn Affidavit: disclosing whether or not any officer of the relevant committees of the Olusegun Agagu University of Science and Technology or the Bureau of Public Procurement is a former or present director, shareholder or has any pecuniary interest in the bidder and to confirm that all information presented in its bid are true and correct in all particulars The company is not in receivership, insolvent or bankrupt; None of the directors has been convicted in any court of law for procurement fraud; viii. Reference letter from a reputable commercial bank indicating willingness to provide credit facility for the project when needed; ix. Companys Audited Accounts for the last three (3) years 2022, 2023 & 2024; must be signed and sealed by Federal Inland Revenue. x. Verifiable documentary evidence of at least three (3) similar jobs executed in the last five (5) years including letters of award, valuation certificate, job completion certificates and photographs of the projects and reference from previous clients. xi. Evidence of OEM and/or OEM authorization for Lots where specialized Equipment are to be supplied xii. For Venture/Partnership, a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) should be provided (all the eligibility requirements are compulsory for each JV Partner); xiii. All documents for submission must be transmitted with a covering/forwarding letter on the Company/Firms Letterhead Paper bearing amongst others, the registration number (RC) as issued by the Corporate Affairs Commission (CAC), Contact Address, Telephone Number (preferably GSM No.) and e-mail address. The Letter Head Paper must bear the names and nationalities of the Directors of the Company at the bottom of the page, duly signed by the authorized officer of the firm. xiv. Letter of consent to allow for verification of all the documents submitted including CAC, Tax Clearance Certificate, Pencom, Industrial Training Fund (ITF), NSITF, and Interim Registration Report (IRR); Note: All documents for submission must be transmitted with a covering/forwarding letter under the company/firms letterhead bearing amongst others, the registration number (RC) as issued by the Corporate Affairs Commission (CAC), contact address, telephone number (preferably GSM No.), and e-mail address. The letterhead must bear the names and nationalities of the directors of the company at the bottom of the page, duly signed by the authorised officer of the firm. 4.0 COLLECTION OF TENDER DOCUMENTS The tender documents are to be collected from the office of Acting Head of Procurement Department on payment of a non-refundable Tender Fee of 20,000.00 per Lot, paid into the OAUSTECH remita account in any reputable commercial bank in Nigeria. The Schools receipt and photocopy should be attached to the tender documents. 5.0 SUBMISSION OF BID DOCUMENTS Prospective bidders are to submit bid for the Lot, (2) two hard copies each of the technical and financial bids with softcopy of financial bid only in MS Excel Format, packaged separately in sealed envelope and clearly marked as Technical bid or Financial bid. Thereafter, put the two sealed envelopes together in a bigger sealed envelope addressed to: The Vice Chancellor Olusegun Agagu University of Science and Technology, Okitipupa. The Lot number and the title of the project should be written at the top-left corner of the envelope and should bear the name of the tendering contractor on the reverse side of the envelope. The completed and sealed tender documents should be deposited in the Tenders Box in the office of the Vice-Chancellor not later than 12:00 noon on 23rd March, 2026.
