Bids Are Invited For 26-0055 Rental Of Bullmoose Type Cranes And Associated Equipment With Operators

1. This Rfq Is Open To All Interested Vendors.2. The City Of Calgary (“The City”) Requires The Supply Of On Demand, Safe And Functional Bullmoose Type Cranes With Operators To Install Track Panels (I.E., Turnouts, Etc.) Into The Lrt Right-Of-Way (Row). Associated Equipment Is Also Required To Load/Transport Or Install The Track Panels From Calgary Transit Specified Locations (I.E., Yards, Etc.) To Work Sites Located Within The Lrt Right-Of-Way.3. This Procurement Process Is Not Intended To Create, And, Will Not Create, A Formal, Legally Binding Bidding Process. It Will Instead Be Governed By The Law Applicable To Direct Commercial Negotiations.4. The Term Of The Agreement Will Be For Initial Term Of Two Years And May Be Renewed For Up To Two Times For Two Years Each Time, Not To Exceed Six Years In Total.
