The Acquisition Announcement Concerns A Migration Tool For Transferring Data From Microsoft 365 Services Between M365 Tenants. The Procurement Concerns Only The Acquisition Of Licenses, The Customer (Lapit Oy) Will Carry Out The Migration Work. The Estimated Need For 2026 Is 10,000 User Licenses And 2,000 Group Licenses. During The Contract Period, The Subscriber Has The Right To Acquire A Maximum Of 5,000 User Licenses And 2,000 Group Licenses In Addition To The Above-Mentioned Estimated Need. The Contract Is Valid For Two (2) Years From Its Signing. The Acquisition Includes One Two (2) Year Option. The Use Of The Option Is The Subscribers Right, Not An Obligation.
