The Subject Of The Public Procurement Is Provision Of Software Licenses And Services For The Provision Of Bsms Short Messages Via A Web Interface For 2 (Two) Separate Positions, As Follows: Separate Position 1: Provision Of Licenses For The Right To Use And Support Vmware Virtualization Software For The Needs Of The National Revenue Agency (Nra); Separate Position 2: Provision Of Short Business Messages (Business Short Message Service (Bsms), Through A Web Interface Within The Electronic Communication Networks In The Country For The Needs Of The National Insurance Institute (Nii). Bids Shall Be Submitted Only Under Special Item No. 1. Separate Position No. 2 Will Be Assigned According To The Order Valid For Its Respective Individual Value In Connection With Art. 21, Para. 6 Of The Zop - Through The Method Of Direct Assignment, On The Basis Of Art. 20, Para. 4, Item 3 Of The Civil Code.
