Separate Item 1: Delivery Of Single Beds For The Student Dormitories Of Psso - Unss The Subject Of This Order Is The Supply Of Single Beds, Size 1946/866/300 Mm., For Mattress 820/1900 Mm., Material - Lpdch, Thickness 18 Mm., Color-Beech, 2 Mm Abs Edging. Additional Reinforcement With Metal Slats In The Four Corners, For The Needs Of The Student Chairs And Dormitories Division At The University Of National And World Economy (Unss). Deliveries Will Be Made Upon Request By The Contracting Authority, And The Estimated Quantity Of Requested Items, Based On The Previous Period Of Validity Of A Contract With An Identical Subject, Is 300 (Three Hundred) Items. The Estimated Quantity Determined In This Way Is Not Binding On The Contracting Authority, As The Number Of Requested Deliveries May Vary. The Estimated Value Of Item 1 Is Up To 25,500 Euros (Twenty-Five Thousand And Five Hundred Euros). ​​​​​​​Special Position 2: Delivery Of Single-Person Mattresses For The Student Dormitories Of Psso - Unss The Subject Of This Order Is The Supply Of One-Person Mattresses With A Size Of 1900/820 Mm, With A Stable Wooden Frame And Profiled Polyurethane Foam, Height Not Less Than 160 Mm, For The Needs Of The Student Chairs And Dormitories Division At The University Of National And World Economy (Unss). Deliveries Will Be Made Upon Request By The Contracting Authority, And The Estimated Quantity Of Requested Items, Based On The Previous Period Of Validity Of A Contract With An Identical Subject, Is 350 (Three Hundred And Fifty) Items. The Estimated Quantity Determined In This Way Is Not Binding On The Contracting Authority, As The Number Of Requested Deliveries May Vary. The Estimated Value Of Detached Item 2 Is Up To 35,500 Euros (Thirty-Five Thousand And Five Hundred Euros). Deliveries Are Carried Out By Means Of A Letter Of Assignment Sent By The Contracting Authority To The Contractor, And The Letter Specifies The Exact Quantity Of The Specific Delivery And The Deadlines For The Execution Of The Installation. ​​​​​​For The Purposes Of Delivery, The Contractor Must Ensure At His Own Expense The Delivery Of The Requested Goods, Their Transportation To The Sites Of The Contracting Authority, The Unloading And Installation Activities In The Rooms And/Or Warehouses Of The Student Dormitories. The Deadline For The Execution Of The Requests Is Based On The Proposal Of The Participant Selected As The Contractor, And The Same Cannot Be Longer Than 20 (Twenty) Working Days, Counted From The Date Of The Assignment Letter Of The Contracting Authority. The Term Of Validity Of The Contract Is 1 (One) Year, Counted From The Date Of Its Signing. The Warranty Period For The Delivered And Installed Items Is At The Suggestion Of The Participants, And Cannot Be Shorter Than 12 (Twelve) Months, Counted From The Date Of Signing The Acceptance-Handover Protocol For Installation Without Comments. ​​​​ Separate Item 3: Delivery Of Student Chairs For The Student Dormitories Of P.Sso - Unss - Separate Item #3 Is Awarded Separately On The Basis Of Art. 20, Para. 4 Of The Civil Code, In Connection With Art. 21, Para. 6 Of The Zop.
