Paving Bidders Responding To The Public Notice Are Advised That Official Bid Documents May Only Be Obtained From The City Of Dieppes Bids&Tenders Electronic Bidding Platform (Http://Dieppe.Bidsandtenders.Ca). Only Those Vendors Who Have Obtained Official Documents Directly From The City Of Dieppes Bids&Tenders Electronic Bidding Platform Are Eligible To Submit A Quotation At This Time. Electronic Digital Format Bid Submissions May Be Submitted Through The City Od Dieppes Bids&Tenders Electronic Bidding Platform Only. The City Of Dieppe Is Seeking The Services Of A Qualified Contractor For General Asphalt Patching Of Various Streets. Contractors Are Advised That Time Is Of The Essence In Completing This Work. The Contractor Shall Commence Work No Later Than May 11Th, 2026, Or As Directed By The Engineer. The Portions Of The Work Involving General Asphalt Patching On The Priority 1 Streets Shall Be Completed By June 26Th, 2026. Priority 2 Streets Shall Be Completed By July 10Th, 2026. Priority 3 Streets Shall Be Completed By July 31St, 2026. Municipal Parking Lots And Multi-Purpose Trails Shall Be Completed By August 14Th, 2026. These Deadlines May Be Extended By The Engineer Due To Rain Days, Or The Need For Patching Utility Cuts That Require Immediate Attention. Once The General Patching Is Completed, The Contractor Will Be Provided Work Lists, Each Item On The List Having A Specified Completion Date. The Work Lists Shall Include Asphalt Patching Of Utility Cuts, Patching Around Municipal Structures Such As Manholes, Catching Basins, Valve Boxes, Concrete Curb And Gutter, Sidewalk And Other Miscellaneous Asphalt Work. This Work Shall Be Completed Within The Timeframes Specified In Section 4.2. The Maximum Completion Date For The Contract Is November 20Th, 2026. All Work Listed In The Initial Work Items Shall Be Completed By Their Respective Deadlines, As Determined By The Engineer. This Is A Tender Notice Only.
