Confirmation Of The Time Of Transmission And Receipt Of The Offer Can Be Found In The Electronic Proof Of Transmission (Epp) And Electronic Confirmation Of Receipt (Epo). Epp And Epo Are Available To The Logged-In Contractor In The Offers/Applications Tab. 5. The Offer Must Be Prepared In Polish. 6. The Offer Is Submitted, Under Pain Of Invalidity, In Electronic Form. 7. If Electronic Documents, Transmitted Using Electronic Means Of Communication, Contain Information Constituting A Business Secret Within The Meaning Of The Provisions Of The Act Of 16 April 1993 On Combating Unfair Competition (Journal Of Laws Of 2022, Item 1233), In Order To Keep This Information Confidential, The Contractor Provides It In A Separate And Appropriately Marked File, Along With The Business Secret Mark In The File Name. Both The Attachment Constituting The Trade Secret And The Justification For The Reservation Of The Trade Secret Should Be Added In The Attachments And Other Documents Presented In The Offer By The Contractor Field For Documents Submitted With The Offer Or Via The Communication Form For Documents Submitted At Another Stage Of The Procedure. 8. The Contractor May Not Restrict The Information Referred To In Art. 222 Section 5 Of The Public Procurement Law. 9.
