Mulinowicz. 1. The Subject Of The Order Are Construction Works Consisting In The Expansion Of Ul. Saint Wojciecha On The Section From Ul. Rzgowska To Ul. Ary Sternfelda And The Expansion Of Ul. Ary Sternfelda On The Section From Ul. Saint Wojciecha To Ul. Mulinowicz. The Scope Of The Contract Includes The Execution Of Construction Works, Including The Expansion Of The Street Over A Length Of Approximately 820 M In The Category Of Municipal Road And Road In Class L, For Roadways In The Kr1, Kr2, Kr4 And Kr5 Construction, As Well As The Construction Of Sidewalks, Pedestrian Crossings, Bicycle Crossings, Parking Spaces, Construction And Reconstruction Of Stop Platforms, A Bicycle Path, A Path For Pedestrians And Bicycles, Exits Connecting Adjacent Streets And The Reconstruction Of Drainage, Gas, Street Lighting, Reconstruction And Protection Of The Power And Telecommunications Networks, Construction Of A Technological Channel, Planting Greenery. The Scope Of Work Includes: Preparatory And Demolition Works, Substructures, Surfaces, Traffic Safety Devices, Street Elements, Road Greenery And Other Works In Accordance With The Description Of The Subject Of The Order (Design Documentation) And Stwiorb. 2. Additional Guidelines For Implementation: In The Field Of Small Architecture And Greenery, The Contractor Will Be Subject To Additional Guidelines According To Separate Annexes. 3. The Subject Of The Order Must Be Performed In Accordance With The Description Of The Subject Of The Order, Constituting Annex No. 8 To The Swz And The Provisions Of The Draft Contract Included In Annex No. 9 To The Swz.
