On Waste (Journal Of Laws Of 2023, Item 1587, As Amended) - Conducted By The Marshal Of The Kuyavian-Pomeranian Voivodeship. The Ordering Party Will Verify The Above Requirements At The Stage Of Signing The Contract, Based On The Entry And Documents Presented By The Contractor. 4. The Contractor Is Obliged To Complete The Order On The Terms And Conditions Described In The Draft Provisions Of The Contract, Constituting Annex No. 3 To The Swz. 5.
