The Areas Public Facilities Are Being Conceptually Integrated By Strengthening Environmentally Friendly Mobility Offerings, Unsealing Parking Areas And Providing Rooms For The Districts Renewable Heat Supply. The Project Covers An Area Of ​​Around 3.2 Hectares And Is Divided Into Seven Sub-Elements: A) Dismantling Of A Partially Sealed Stadium Area And New Landscape Planning Of A Green Area Of ​​Approx. 16,565 M² With Ecologically High-Quality, Climate-Resilient Planting To Increase The Quality And Quantity Of Green And Open Spaces.
