The Assignment Includes: (1) Data-Driven Advice And Placement Of Vacancy Campaigns Via Various Online Channels (Job Boards, Social Media), (2) Development And Implementation Of Target Group And Employer Branding Campaigns, And (3) Strategic Advice And Drawing Up An Employer Branding Strategy. The Aim Is To Visibly Position Stichtse Vecht As An Attractive Employer In The Utrecht Region For Mbo+/Hbo Professionals, Particularly In Technical And Specialist Positions, To Increase The Number Of High-Quality Applications And To Fill Vacancies More Effectively. The Municipality Expects Complete Unburdening, Transparent Reporting And Proactive Optimization Based On Campaign Data. Out Of Scope: Evp Development, Resident Communication, Print Media, Ats System, Careers Website And Talent Sourcing. Scope Of The Contract: This Tender Concerns A Framework Agreement For Recruitment Marketing, Employer Branding And Job Marketing Services, With A Term Of 1 Year And The Possibility Of Three Extensions Of 1 Year (Maximum 4 Years In Total). • Expected Annual Expenditure: Approximately €50,000 (Excluding Vat) • Estimated Value Over 4 Years: €200,000 (Excluding Vat) • Maximum Order Value: €300,000 (Excluding Vat) Over The Entire Contract Period (Including Extensions) The Maximum Order Value Is 50% Higher Than The Estimated Value.
