Sewage, Refuse, Cleaning And Environmental Services – Public Tender For The Collection, Transport And Utilization Of Rgp/Boiler Ash. The Task Is Offered By I/S Refa, Which Is A Joint Municipal Waste Company With Lolland And Guldborgsund Municipalities As Stakeholders. I/S Refa Owns And Operates All Recycling Sites And Environmental Centers (Landfills) In Lolland And Falster, As Well As A Waste Cogeneration Plant In Nykøbing F. It Is The Waste Cogeneration Plant In Nykøbing F, From Which Collection, Transport And Utilization Of Rgp/Boiler Ash Must Take Place. The Waste Cogeneration Plant Consists Of 1 Hot Water Producing Furnace Line With A Combustion Capacity Of 4.6 Tons/Hour And A Cogeneration Line Of 12.42 Tons/Hour (Both At A Calorific Value Of 10 Gj/Tons). The Cogeneration Line Is Operated Approximately At Maximum Output 24 Hours, 7 Days Per Week, 365 Days Per Year, With The Exception Of The Audit Period, Which Typically Lasts 3-4 Weeks Per Year And Takes Place In May/June Or August/September. The Hot Water Producing Line Is Used Predominantly In The Winter Months, Or As A Substitute For The Chp Line During Its Revision Period.
