The La Poste Group Wishes To Be Supported By Service Providers For The Design, Production, Production And Post-Production Of Institutional Audiovisual Media With High Added Value For Distribution On All Types Of Media (Internal Communication, External Communication, Websites, Social Networks, Etc.). The Creation Of These Supports Not Only Requires An Audiovisual Production Service But Also Requires Services Relating To The Proposal Of A Creative Vision, The Design Of Scenarios, And The Support Of Internal Teams. The Audiovisual Services May Be: Institutional Films, Innovative Videos, Interviews, Reports, Video Recordings, Video Editing, Podcasts, Motion Design And Animatics, Webinars, Etc. The Services Will Concern All Entities Of The La Poste Group For A Contract With A Firm Duration Of 24 Months, Renewable Twice For 12 Months (4 Years). The Number Of Beneficiaries Envisaged For This Lot Is: 6 The Estimated Annual Amount Of Services Is €1,110,000 Excluding Tax. The Maximum Amount Of The Contract Is Set At €4,900,000 Excluding Tax, Over The Total Duration Of The Framework Agreement, Renewal Periods Included. The Offer Must Be Valid For One Year. The Selected Candidates Will Be Put Back Into Competition According To The Following Operating Mode: - Service < 10K € => Request For Quote From A Service Provider In The Pool - Service Between 10K And 25K € => Request For Quote From At Least Three Service Providers In The Pool - Service > 25K € => Request For Quote From All Beneficiaries Of The Pool.
