Bids Are Invited For Hiring A Qualified Professional, Civil Engineer, Duly Registered With The Competent Class Council, To Provide Specialized Technical Services Designed For The Preparation Of Basic Project And Complementary Projects (Architectural And Other Necessary), Including Interior Design And Development Of Realistic Images (3D Electronic Model), As Well As Preparation Of A Detailed Budget Spreadsheet, Physical-Financial Schedule And Descriptive Justification Memorial. The Purpose Of The Contracting Is To Renovate The Reception, Bathrooms, Paintings, Access Ramp And Elevator Of The Oleo Municipal Council Building, In Compliance With The Requirements And Specifications Established In The Terms Of Reference. The Services Shall Also Include Technical Follow-Up Of The Bidding And Contract Execution Phases, With On-Site Action During The Execution Of The Reform, Covering Evaluation, Measurement, Supervision And Inspection Of The Services.
