Tenders are invited for Defibrillator. Value of Bid Security Rs. 125,000/- Original receipt obtained from the Shroff of the National Hospital, Kandy upon payment of non refundable bid fee of Rs. 3,500.00 and a letter of request for documents should be submitted to obtain bid forms. Bid forms may be obtained from the Procurement Division of the National Hospital, Kandy between 9.00 a.m. and 3.00 p.m. on normal working days from 23.02.2026 until 16.03.2026. When a representative calls over to collect documents, he should submit the letter of authorization from the applicant and the National Identity Card to prove the identity.
