Location: Kigali Deadline: Friday, 13/03/2026 17:00 Introduction Agaciro Development Fund is located at BPR PCD Towers, corner KN 67 & KN 30 in Kigali and occupies the west wing of the 7th floor as well as part of the west wing on the 6th floor. The company seeks to redesign its 6th floor offices to foster better collaboration and workflow. Qualified companies are invited to submit their bids for the supply of material and work related to the redesign and partitioning of the 6th floor offices. The floor space is approximately 150 square meters. 2. The scope of work includes Reviewing of the proposed layout and suggesting any necessary redesigns or alterations Technical specification, including the drawing of the new floor plan Breakdown of the existing partitioning Moving electrical points where necessary Sourcing of material to be installed in the new design. Please note that while some new components may be added, certain materials such as doors are expected to be reused in the new design. Fitment of the new partitions, as well as doors and screens Painting of the new office Supply of specific furniture such as a meeting table, office desks and chairs. Compliance with applicable building, safety, and workplace standards 3. Duration of the work It is envisaged that the work should be completed in a period of one month from inception and the contractor is expected to work on weekends to cause minimal disturbances. 4. Required experience The firm should have experience of at least five (5) years in providing office renovation and partitioning services in Rwanda. The firm should provide evidence of having executed similar work in at least five (5) reputable companies in Rwanda. Interested parties should express interest with proof of the required experience to carry out the work by 2 March 2026 at 11:00 am and only parties with the required experience will be invited to the exhibit scheduled for 6 March 2026, where they shall review the existing floor plan and the proposed design as well as discuss with management.
