Tenders are invited for Development of the End- to End Performance Simulator for Ers Eo Price Range 500 KEURO The scope of the procurement is the development of the End-to-End Performance simulator within Element-1 of the European Resiliencefrom Space, ERS EO programme, in order to perform a functional simulation of the contribution to the end-to-end performance of the Earth Observation Governmental Service (EOGS) system of various federated components, including the EU Member States owned assets accessible through agreed pooling and sharing mechanisms, the European commercial assets and a potential EU-owned core component. The simulator will allow to explore different EOGS scenarios, based on acustomized set of attributes for each system component (number of satellites, orbits, ground segment architecture, transport layer, interfaces and interoperability hypothesis, security architecture and expected scalability of components) and to assess the effectiveness ofvarious pooling and sharing mechanisms.
