The selected agency will provide event management, creative/design, and campaign support, and is encouraged to propose additional relevant ideas or services beyond the minimum requirements. Agencies expressing interest will be invited to a briefing for full project details. Bidding Steps Step 1: Interested agencies should express their interest using the QR code below. Step 2: KE to invite agencies to a detailed project briefing. Step 3: Agencies to submit a proposal and budget plan after the project brief. Step 4: KE to evaluate the proposal, budget, and activity plan. Step 5: Agency Awarding III.
