The Framework Agreement Will Mainly Include Consultancy Which Will Ensure The Stortings Access To Up-To-Date, Relevant And High-Quality Expertise In Order To Strengthen The Stortings Security And Preparedness, As Well As The Stortings Ability To Function Under Any Circumstances. The Framework Agreement Will Include The Sub-Areas Of Security Management, Risk Management, Preparedness And Crisis Management, Information Security, Object And Infrastructure Security And Project Security. Assignments Are Partly Awarded Directly And Partly After A Mini-Competition. Assignments Under The Framework Agreement Are Remunerated After Elapsed Time According To Agreed Hourly Rates.
